Eligibility: Vendors must submit or describe display items with application for eligibility. Please provide either a link to your website, indication what you intend to display, or write a brief description of what you intend to display. ECDC reserves the right to deny service if the exhibitorís items are inappropriate or conflict with the organizationís interest.

 

Booth Furnishings: One (1) 6-foot draped table and two (2) chairs.

 

Payment: Payment information will be provided upon approval of your application.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after Monday, May 22, 2017, will result in the forfeiture of all fees.

 

Application Deadline: Applications should be submitted no later than Friday May 5, 2017, to allow adequate time for processing and notification. Space will be assigned on a first come basis.
